Event Details

Due to COVIS-19 Social Distancing, we will be holding this meeting online via Zoom, not at the Tredyffrin Library as originally planned.

Trying to stay organized while researching can be a struggle.  Sara explains how placing information into a chart or timeline can better organize your research.  Sorting information into a chart, can also help clarify what further research steps are necessary, if needed.  Placing information into a timeline can visually show what years or locations are necessary to be researched.  By organizing facts into a chart or timeline, the determination can be made if your research has provided enough documentation to answer your genealogical question.

Sara Butson is a researching genealogist who has always had a passion for genealogy.  She found her love for it through heirloom photos, family lore, and tradition.  Sara is in the process of completing ProGen 43.  She is the current Treasurer of the Greater Philadelphia Area Chapter of the Association of Professional Genealogists and is a member of various local and national genealogical organizations.
